An exceptional design that merges the boldness of the first floor with the tranquility of the second, where smart architectural solutions blend with contrasting color palettes to create a luxury residential experience that balances opulence and comfort.
This villa was designed to reflect two distinct personalities simultaneously. The first floor pulses with luxury, featuring bold colors like maroon and blue accented with dark wood and metal. In contrast, the second floor is dedicated to being a sanctuary of peace and serenity, utilizing light colors, pale woods, and a comfy and cozy design.
The project faced an engineering challenge in furniture distribution to meet the client’s functional requirements without compromising the aesthetics of the open-plan layout. Another challenge was partitioning the open spaces to provide the necessary privacy while maintaining transparency and the flow of natural light throughout the villa.
The solutions relied on implementing innovative architectural adjustments in space distribution to ensure perfect furniture placement and fluid movement. Transparent and colored acrylic, along with frosted glass in various shades, were employed as artistic partitioning elements that provide complete privacy without closing off the spaces.
