Based on the client’s request, the villa was designed in a Modern Minimal style combining simplicity and clean lines with warm touches of natural wood and deep maroon accents. Carefully planned lighting and indoor plants further enhance the feeling of luxury and serenity.
The project faced design challenges, most notably integrating existing structural columns and beams without disrupting the aesthetic, and minimizing heavy cladding materials to ensure a light design—all within the client’s budget without compromising quality. Updating the villa’s outdated style to meet modern luxury standards required precise planning and unconventional creative solutions.
Solutions focused on maximizing space efficiency and developing a spacious Majlis to accommodate many guests elegantly. Cladded columns and beams were seamlessly integrated to become a natural part of the design. The staircase was upgraded with luxurious materials and a grand chandelier was installed to add prestige and grandeur, fulfilling the client’s vision for a visually striking modern design.
