The villa was designed as a model for open-plan living, relying entirely on glass facades. The project required creating a grand reception, a Majlis, and a vast dining area. The design utilizes premium materials such as Calacatta marble and pale wood tones, accented with artistic touches of Burnt Orange to breathe life into the space. Acrylic and frosted glass provide privacy while maintaining a sense of openness, complemented by partitions that define zones without closing them off.
The project faced three primary challenges. First, ensuring privacy for both the kitchen and the entrance seating area away from the entrance space itself. Second, the scarcity of solid walls due to the abundance of windows made distributing electrical points difficult without compromising the natural light. Third, accommodating a massive dining area for 20 people.
Solutions centered on using partitions to provide privacy for the kitchen and entrance seating area. To overcome the lack of wall space, smart electrical outlets were integrated directly into custom-designed furniture pieces. Furthermore, furniture with carefully studied geometric forms was utilized to accommodate 20 guests in the dining area while maintaining fluid movement.
