The design was developed to reflect luxury in every detail; starting from the reception area, where curated materials and furniture were used, to the corridors adorned with luxurious marble flooring. The office includes a break area designed in a comfortable style to accommodate the largest number of visitors, while the internal offices feature a blend of materials such as steel, marble, leather, and wood.
The primary challenge was imparting a sense of luxury and prestige to offices with limited areas without affecting their functionality. Additionally, updating the exterior facades to appear modern using Travertine, while maintaining fluid movement and spaciousness in the break area to accommodate large gatherings, required precise planning and smart space distribution.
Solutions relied on merging natural and metallic materials in a contemporary style. Furniture was carefully selected to fit the size of the small offices while enhancing their aesthetic value using leather and marble details. Furthermore, marble was utilized in the corridors to create a luxurious visual extension connecting the internal offices.
